Registration
To register for the conference, click on the link below, which will open a downloadable
registration form in .rtf format. Please complete the form, save it to your own computer (please do not change it from its .rtf format; we are trying to avoid retyping your information, so please avoid sending .pdfs and hard copies), and send it as an e-mail attachment to this e-mail address (the address is also printed at the bottom of the registration form). You will receive an e-mailed invoice after your registration has been submitted. If someone other than the registrant will be paying the registration fees, please indicate the e-mail address that should receive the invoice in the space provided on the registration form. You will be able to pay for multiple registrations on one invoice.
